Project Summary:

The precision pump control system was designed for a filtration products company. It is used for controlling a filtration unit with high accuracy and precision. The filtration unit consists of pumps and multiple sensors. Temperature and pressure and flow sensors are used to detect the condition of the fluid. The controller uses an Arm Cortex A53 to control the entire system. The device takes multiple sensor inputs and actuates solenoid valves and pumps based on embedded control logic. The inputs are all provided with ESD protection. The output lines are protected against Inrush and voltage spikes.
