Cadence OrCAD Training

Cadence OrCAD Training Qmax offers personalized training in Cadence OrCAD Capture and Cadence OrCAD Layout. Our special is Cadence OrCAD Layout. We are actual designer using the software. We don’t just train using “canned” demos and “setup” problems. We teach the user how to use the softwares the way it really work,not the way it says it should work.

During our Corporate training, we teach the creating parts and libraries, as well as an actual schematics. We recommend that all of trainee have completed the Tutorial that comes with Cadence OrCAD Capture and layout before the training. This allows us to the get right into the ways to avoid traps and problem, without having to spend a lot of time on the very basics.

We train at the users speed. If there is something that the user is a having trouble with, we work hard to explain it in such a way that the user understands the process behind what they are doing and not just the buttons to push. At the completion of the training, the users will be able to develop usable Cadence OrCAD schematics.

Our layout class is very similar. We have no canned layouts to works over, but rather we work on the user boards. We show the design engineers how to solve the problems with the boards that they will have. We go over all of the features in Layouts, and help the user to decide how to best build their boards. We discuss libraries, and how to back-annotate to the schematic. Standard board set- up is also discussed.

After the Cadence OrCAD Layout training, the user will be able to builds any part they might need and place, route, and document any boards they require. We also the encourage our trainee to call us with the questions or problems they may have after the training is over. Sometimes, things come up after training that was just not covered. We welcome the questions and problems for our trainee, and can frequently answer the questions easily over the phone.

Our instructor, Saravanabhavan, has been training engineers and designers in a variety of software programs for most of his careers. He has a very easy training styles, letting the user go at his own pace while still teaching all of the fundamentals of the program.

Cadence Allegro PCB Editor Training

Qmax can come to your facility for one day, two days, three days, or the even an entire week to help you understand Cadence Allegro PCB Editor. We can take you through the entire Cadence Allegro PCB Editor process, teaching you the short-cuts and the helpful hint as we go. We can show you, from a real user point of view, how to set up your design,your libraries, and your process. Saravanabhavan will use your own work to illustrate the Allegro process.

When you have finished the training, you can feel free to us and ask any question you have about Allegro. Most of our designer can walk you through a trouble spot on the phone. If not, we could arrange a one-day visit to help solve your problems.
