Senior PCB Designer

Job Description
PCB design of complex multilayer, high-speed digital, RF and analog PCBs. Prepare Fabrication and Assembly drawings, work effectively with the customer, design engineers, Contract manufacturer.

Required Skills

BE/ B.Tech in ECE or EEE.
Three years minimum PCB design experience.
Two years minimum using PADS Power PCB or Cadence Allegro.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to travel on occasion.
Perform DFB checks, Review PCB Designs, Create PCB foot prints.

Desired Skills
IPC Designers Council Certification (C.I.D. or C.I.D.+)



SI Engineer

Location : Chennai, India, Permanent or part time job

Job Description
SI Analysis of Multi gig bit Serial interfaces, IBIS / SPICE model creation, TL analysis, PCB Stack up creation, Use 3D field solvers.

Required Skills

BE/ ME / MS in ECE.
Three years minimum SI Analysis of High speed design circuits.
One year minimum using 3D field solvers, Extract S-Parameters and create IBIS / SPICE models Define PCB Stack up for High Speed Back planes Good knowledge of signaling standards.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to travel on occasion.
Able to perform timing margin calculations.

Desired Skills

Usage of CST or Ansoft.
Knowledge of PCB Design and Fabrication.



Sales Engineer

Location : Chennai, India, Permanent or part time job
This is a great opportunity to work with highly qualified and talented team working on cutting edge technology and tools, excellent scope for career progression exists.

Key responsibilities include:

Generation of new business through technical presentations and advice.
Generate new customer base through following up leads and from existing information on the database.
Interact with customers to close sales, answers questions and build confidence in the products and the Company, through ongoing field sales visits and regular meetings and reviews.
Follow up on existing quotes in order to secure the order.
Help in the generation of quotes when required.
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to sales program.
Development of in-house sales activities and support activities globally.
Customer visits, and quotations for new service contracts.
Collaborating with the marketing manager to produce press release, advertising campaigns and exhibition material.

Essential Requirements:

Willingness to travel.
Self starting, proactive and ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
Commercial negotiation skills.
Customer focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative, coupled with the drive to meet goals and quickly learn about technical products.
Excellent sales/engineering background with an ability to work on own initiative.
